The evening will also feature live music with Rune Bræck and his band, creating a real party atmosphere.

The menu features a wide selection of classic and tasty dishes – including fish roe dumpling soup, dried salted cod loin, sheep's head with flatbread gruel, dried meat stew and dried salted cod with rendered fat, and much more. There's plenty to choose from here to suit every taste!
And as if that weren't enough, there will also be tempting desserts, such as semolina pudding, rhubarb compote, and several other sweet finishes to the meal.
