On Friday 18 November, the folk music group Fotefar will pay us a pleasant visit.
The folk music group Fotefar started as district musicians in Målselv in 2005. Two years later, Lena, Bendik and Ragnhild became regional musicians, and over the years they have been responsible for a large number of productions. They have released two albums and have collaborated with a whole host of artists.
They often compose and arrange the music themselves, but they also use traditional music from Northern Norway. Lena's magical voice and ability to communicate, Ragnhild's terrific fiddling and Bendik's inventive ear for arrangements are important elements in Fotefar's unique sound.
