meeting and authorisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Election of chairman of the meeting, minute taker and person to sign the minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consideration and approval of the annual accounts for 2024, and allocation of any profit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of business plan for 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of the annual report for 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determination of remuneration to the
