{"id":49442,"date":"2023-03-22T00:43:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T00:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/senterfornordligefolk.no\/?p=49442"},"modified":"2025-10-21T00:47:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T00:47:31","slug":"dutkan-davvin-forskning-i-nord","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/senterfornordligefolk.no\/en\/dutkan-davvin-forskning-i-nord\/","title":{"rendered":"Dutkan Davvin - Research in the North"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Davvi \u00e1lbmogiid guovdd\u00e1\u0161\/Centre for Northern Peoples is part of the project \u00abDutkan Davvin - Research in the North\u00bb, which aims to establish a stronger research network between the museums in Troms and Finnmark counties.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thirteen museums in the region are part of the network; V\u00e1rdob\u00e1iki Sami Centre, S\u00f8r-Troms Museum, Midt-Troms Museum, Arctic University Museum of Norway, Perspektivet Museum, Nordnorsk kunstmuseum, Nord-Troms Museum, Centre for Northern Peoples \/ Davvi \u00e1lbmogiid guovdda\u0161, RiddoDuottarMuseat, Museene for kystkultur og gjenreisning, Deanu ja V\u00e1rjjat Museasiida\/Tana og Varanger Museumssiida, Varanger Museum and World Heritage Centre for Rock Art - Alta museum\/B\u00e1kted\u00e1idaga m\u00e1ilmmi\u00e1rbeguovdd\u00e1\u0161 - \u00c1lt\u00e1 Musea, which is the project owner and project manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Davvi \u00e1lbmogiid guovdd\u00e1\u0161\/ Centre for Northern Peoples (D\u00c1G)'s project in Dutkan Davvin involves the production of a new basic exhibition at D\u00c1G. The exhibition is based on&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>B\u00e5\u00e5stede - bringing back Sami cultural heritage<\/em>, where D\u00c1G will receive 24 cultural-historical artefacts.
