In collaboration with Riddu Ri\u0111\u0111u Festival, on April 16th, we are offering a concert with the king of S\u00e1mi rap himself: SlinCraze!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rapper SlinCraze is known for his thought-provoking lyrics and hard-hitting rap style. Fearless and unfiltered, he tackles themes that many consider taboo and controversial. Both within and outside Sami communities, he has been described as a Troll<\/em>, when, through his music, he confronts all forms of bullying, prejudice and racism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As early as the age of 14, rapper Nils-Rune Utsi from Maz\u00e9 in Finnmark spoke about his own experiences with bullying, thereby bringing this topic to a national level. Since then, he has established himself as one of S\u00e1pmi's most important young voices, and his S\u00e1mi-language rap has been noticed far beyond the country's borders. For this, he has received several prizes and awards. He has performed for King Harald V and held a concert at the UN building in New York. For his participation in the play Vidas Extremas, staged by the S\u00e1mi National Theatre \u2013 Beaivv\u00e1\u0161, he won both the Heddaprisen and the Kritikerprisen. In 2020, he was awarded the \u00c1illoha\u0161 Music Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
