Welcome to the world of Minecraft, where creativity not only helps you create, but is also vital to survival! A quartet of misfits – Garrett “The Garbage Man” Garrison, Henry, Natalie and Dawn – are all struggling with very ordinary problems when they are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal into the Overworld: a bizarre, cubic wonderland powered by imagination. To get back home, they must understand this world (and protect it from evil things like piglins and zombies) as they embark on a magical quest with expert craftsman Steve (Black). Their adventure will challenge all five to be brave, and rediscover the qualities that make each of them uniquely creative … skills they need to cope with the real world. In 2022, the Karpe documentary “Vegg Vegg Vegg” was released, and in 2023 Gulliksen directed the documentary series “Det hvite sinnet”, about Norwegian right-wing extremism.
