Now it’s time for an atmospheric dinner party here at the Center for Northern People, and we look forward to welcoming you! On Saturday, February 28th, we invite you to a traditional and tasty dinner party, filled with good food, good company and a wonderful atmosphere. The evening also offers live music with Rune Bræck and band, which ensures a real party atmosphere.
The menu features a wide selection of classic and tasty dishes – including rognbollesouppe, boknarygg, sauhau with flatbread mølje, tørrkjøttlapskaus and boknafisk with tallow dip, and much more. There is plenty to choose from here for every taste!
And as if that weren’t enough: There will also be tempting desserts, such as semolina pudding, rhubarb porridge and several sweet endings to the meal.
